Reception hours are 7:30am to 8:30pm. Please arrive/depart within this time frame. Gates are kept locked. Please inform us of your intended arrival time.

Rates and availability are guaranteed for the dates booked only and are subject to change outside of those dates without notice. Multi-group and Special Event pricing is available.

On-line payments are processed by Paypal. A Paypal account is not required. Major credit cards are accepted.
Phone/In Person payments may be made with major credit cards, intl. bank wire transfer and cash.

Payment is required at time of booking except for Special Events groups wherein a 50% deposit shall reserve the accommodations and services. The deposit is due 14 days prior to check-in date and the balance is payable upon check-in.

Individual reservations cancelled more than 48 hours in advance of check-in receive a full refund. No refund is given for cancellations within 48 hours and no-shows. For multi-night reservations, delayed check-in will be honored for 24 hours after original check-in date. After that, no refund will be given for the balance of the booking.

Group reservations cancelled 28 days prior to check-in date will receive a full refund. Reservations canceled after that time to 5 days before check-in will receive 50% refund. No refund will be given for cancellation within 120 hours of check-in and no-shows.

One of the most attractive features of Villa Tortugas is its tranquil environment. There are other guests and nearby residences that treasure the peaceful sounds of nature. Please help us preserve and maintain this ambiance. Conversations and voices should be kept to a modest level. Loud music and wild parties detract from everyone’s experience. Please help us observe the 10:00pm – 9:00am quiet hours. Be considerate of others when playing personal music.
